Cénacle and WhatsApp
This is not an either-or choice. The group is for talking; Cénacle is for organising what gets decided in the group.
In short
WhatsApp is a group messaging app: ideal for conversation and quick updates. A message thread is not designed to hold a guest list, take payment for a dinner or track a membership. Cénacle does not replace your group and sends no messages to it: it takes care of the organisation, while the group keeps the conversation.

Frequently asked questions
Does Cénacle send WhatsApp messages?
No. Cénacle communicates by email (confirmations, reminders, campaigns). Your WhatsApp group stays managed as it is today.
Should we close our group?
Quite the opposite. The group is the right place for conversation; Cénacle takes care of the organisation.
Do guests need an account to register?
No. A guest registers and pays from the event page with their name and email.
