Memberships that run themselves
Decide how many dinners each plan includes. Cénacle keeps count, applies your rules and tells you when a member should be contacted again.
Tracking memberships by hand
Quotas counted from memory
How many dinners does this member have left? You have to cross-check bookings one by one.
Rules that are hard to enforce
One dinner a month, no last-minute cancellations: without a tool, every exception turns into a negotiation.
Memberships that lapse unnoticed
You find out a membership has ended when the member stops showing up.
What Cénacle does
Configurable plans
Each membership plan lasts 12 months and includes the number of dinners you choose. Assigning a plan to a member sets the start date, end date and dinner allowance.
An allowance counted automatically
Each booking covered by the membership takes one dinner off the allowance. Once it's used up, booking is refused with a clear message.
One dinner per calendar month
A member can book one dinner per month, based on the month of the dinner. They can book a dinner at the end of one month and another at the start of the next.
The 72-hour rule
Members can cancel on their own up to 72 hours before the dinner and get the dinner back. After that, they contact the organiser and the place counts as used.
A reminder before the membership ends
Fifteen days before a membership ends, the member gets a reminder and their contact moves back to the 'To recontact' column of your CRM.
A heads-up at the last dinner
When only one dinner is left, the member is told by email and their contact goes back to 'To recontact' so your team can suggest what comes next.
How it works
- 01
Create your plans
Set the number of dinners included in each 12-month plan.
- 02
Assign a plan
From the member's profile, pick their plan: the subscription starts that day, or on the date you enter.
- 03
Let the rules apply
Members book from their area; the allowance, monthly limit and 72-hour deadline are checked at every booking.
- 04
Reach out at the right time
Members due for renewal surface on their own in your CRM.
Frequently asked questions
Can an admin cancel a member's booking within 72 hours?
Yes. Admins can always remove a guest; within 72 hours they are warned that the dinner will not be returned to the member.
Does a separately paid dinner use the allowance?
No. Only bookings covered by the membership are counted and, where applicable, credited back.
Do reminder emails go out as soon as we start?
Membership reminders must be switched on explicitly. The contact moving back to 'To recontact' happens either way.
