From the first conversation to membership
A pipeline dedicated to selling memberships, where closing a sale creates the member and renewals come back on their own.
Selling memberships without a pipeline
Prospects going cold
Without a dated next step, an interested contact waits for a call that never comes.
A sale, then double entry
Once the sale is closed, you have to recreate the member elsewhere and enter their subscription by hand.
Forgotten renewals
A member reaching the end of their membership doesn't show up anywhere in the sales follow-up.
What Cénacle does
A pipeline all the way to 'Members'
Move contacts from column to column, with the number of contacts and the total amount at the top of each stage.
Converting to a member
When a contact enters 'Members', they are converted: you choose their plan and subscription start date, and the member receives their invitation.
Scheduled activities
Schedule calls, emails, WhatsApp, text or meeting follow-ups. A badge on each card shows whether the activity is upcoming, due now or overdue.
The membership tag
A member displays the number of dinners in their plan, such as 'Membership 6 dinners' or 'Membership 12 dinners'.
Why to get back in touch
When a member should be contacted, their tag turns amber and hovering over it gives the reason: one dinner left, or a membership ending soon.
A profile synced with the dinner pipeline
Name, email, phone, company, role and LinkedIn stay in sync across both CRMs. Stages and prices remain specific to each one.
How it works
- 01
Contacts come in
Add them by hand, import them by CSV, or receive them from the dinner pipeline.
- 02
Your team follows up
Each contact has their scheduled activities and notes.
- 03
The sale creates the member
Drop the contact into 'Members', choose the plan and date: the subscription starts.
- 04
Renewal comes back around
At the last dinner or before the membership ends, the member goes back to 'To recontact'.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the dinner pipeline?
The dinner pipeline tracks sales of dinner seats; this one tracks membership sales. They are two separate pipelines that share contact details.
Can a salesperson convert a contact into a member?
Yes, closing a sale is part of their job. Reassigning or deleting a contact remains reserved to administrators.
Can a contact be moved to 'Members' without converting them?
Yes, for instance for an existing member: their subscription is then not restarted.
