A public page for each dinner
Date, venue, seats left and a sign-up form. Your public dinners also appear in Cénacle's event directory.
Members and guests, each with their own path
Participants say whether they are members. First name, last name and company are stored separately, and the dinner's capacity is respected.
Subscription quota applied
A subscribed member uses one dinner from their plan with each registration. When none are left, registration is refused with a clear message.
One dinner per calendar month
A member can book one dinner per month, counted on the month of the dinner. The refusal message names the dinner already booked.
Cancellation with clear limits
Members can cancel on their own up to 72 hours before the dinner, and get their quota back. After that, they need to contact the organiser.
Reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before
Registered guests receive their reminders by email, without you having to send them.

Frequently asked questions
Can a non-member sign up?
Yes, as a guest, with or without payment depending on the dinner. For a paid dinner, they grant image rights before paying.
Can a member book two dinners in the same month?
No, the rule is one dinner per calendar month. They can, however, already book next month's dinner.
Can the organiser remove a guest within 72 hours?
Yes. Cénacle simply warns them that the member will not get the dinner back in that case.
