Frequently asked questions
Can we plan seating without creating an event?
Yes, with a one-off plan. It's deleted after an hour unless you attach it to an existing event.
What files can we import for seating?
CSV and Excel files. Common columns are recognized automatically; otherwise you map them yourself.
Can a guest cancel on their own?
The links in reminder emails allow cancellation up to 72 hours before the dinner. After that, guests need to contact the organizer.
