Reliable figures to run your club
What needs doing today, where your memberships, dinners and sales stand, and revenue calculated the same way everywhere.
Running a club without dashboards
Figures that don't add up
Revenue in the spreadsheet, in the bank account and in the ticketing tool never match.
Priorities lost in the noise
In the morning, nothing tells you which lead to chase or which dinner to prepare first.
Reports built by hand
Every monthly review means compiling the same figures again.
What Cénacle does
'To do today'
The home page opens on today's actions, followed by your indicators and recent activity.
Four key indicators
Active members, next event and how full it is, open dinner pipeline, revenue for the month. Each is shown only to people allowed to see it.
Revenue, analytics, engagement
Track revenue month by month, how the club evolves, and how members take part in events.
Scheduled reports
Receive a weekly, monthly or quarterly email report on the sections you choose: members, events, revenue, engagement, pipeline.
KPIs for each salesperson
Answered and unanswered calls, assigned leads, meetings and closed sales, per salesperson, over a day, week, month, year or any period you pick.
One definition, and no fake zeros
Revenue is calculated the same way on every screen and in every report. When data is missing, you see '—' rather than a misleading zero.
How it works
- 01
Your data fills itself in
Bookings, payments, memberships and sales activities feed the dashboards with no extra data entry.
- 02
Start the day on the home page
Today's tasks and the four indicators are waiting for you.
- 03
Schedule your reports
Pick the frequency, sections and recipients: the report goes out on its own.
Frequently asked questions
How is revenue counted?
By calendar month, Paris time. A paid dinner seat counts in the month of the dinner; recorded memberships and renewals are added to it.
Is there MRR or retention cohorts?
No. A club sells annual memberships and dinner seats, not a monthly subscription: Cénacle only shows what can actually be measured.
Do salespeople see every indicator?
No. Each indicator depends on permissions, and per-salesperson KPIs are reserved to administrators.
