Sell seats and memberships without dropping a lead
Every prospect has a record, a salesperson and a next step. You know who to call today, and why.
Where it gets stuck today
Follow-ups on sticky notes
"Call back Tuesday", "send the program": next steps live in a notebook or a personal calendar.
Unanswered calls nobody counts
You call the same prospect three, four, five times, with no clear point at which to stop.
A deal closed, then what?
Once membership is signed, admin has to be told, the account created and the plan assigned. Steps get lost.
What Cénacle changes

Learn moreFollow-ups that send themselves
A prospect who hasn't heard from you in a while gets a follow-up email, unless an activity is already planned.
Learn moreConversion into a member
When the sale closes, you pick the plan and start date: the member's account is created right away.
Learn moreYour results over a period
Successful calls, unanswered calls, assigned prospects and closed sales, salesperson by salesperson.
Learn moreA day in sales
- 01
Morning
You open the pipeline: green activities are due now, red ones are overdue.
- 02
Calls
A prospect doesn't pick up: one click logs the missed call. Past a threshold, the prospect moves to lost.
- 03
Meetings
After each conversation, you note the key points on the record and schedule the next step.
- 04
The sale
The prospect joins: you convert them into a member from their record, without waiting for admin.
Frequently asked questions
Can a salesperson reassign a prospect?
No. Reassigning and deleting records are reserved for administrators. Salespeople can create their own prospects and move them forward.
Can two calls be scheduled for the same prospect?
No: only one pending call at a time, and one activity per day. An email can be planned for another day.
Can a salesperson close a membership?
Yes. Converting a prospect into a member is open to the whole team, salespeople included.
