Follow-ups go out without you

You write the message once and choose the trigger. Each night, Cénacle sends it to the right people, once per occasion.

Without a dedicated tool

Prospects going cold

A contact with no news for three weeks no longer remembers your first conversation.

A silent after-dinner

Guests leave delighted, then nothing happens. The ideal moment to offer membership slips by.

Members drifting away quietly

You notice a member's absence at renewal time, when it is too late.

What Cénacle does

Five concrete triggers

Idle prospect, follow-up after an event, member who no longer comes, accepted applicant who has not paid, abandoned payment for an upcoming dinner. The delay is set in days.

The real audience before you activate

A follow-up is created inactive. Before turning it on, you see how many people will receive it and a sample of names.

One follow-up per occasion

The same person is only followed up once for the same situation. If they come back and then drift again, they can be contacted again.

Nobody is chased by mistake

A prospect who already has an activity planned is not chased: a salesperson is on it. Nor is a new member who has never attended.

A personal unsubscribe link

Each email carries a link unique to its recipient. People who unsubscribe are left out of later follow-ups.

Opens and clicks

For each follow-up, you see the share of emails opened and clicked.

How it works

  1. 01

    You pick the trigger

And the delay: for example 10 days without news, or 3 days after a dinner.

  2. 02

    You write the message

The person's name, the event concerned or the date of the next dinner are filled in automatically. A test email lets you check how it looks.

  3. 03

You check the audience and activate

Sending starts the following night, then every night for anyone newly concerned.

Frequently asked questions

Are follow-ups sent by text message?

No, by email only.

Does unsubscribing stop emails about a registration?

No. The person stops receiving your follow-ups but still gets confirmations and reminders for dinners they have registered for.

Is there a sending limit?

Each follow-up sends at most 100 emails per night. Anyone remaining is contacted on the following nights.

Does open tracking need setting up?

Yes, it depends on how your sending domain is set up. Without it, follow-ups still go out but the rates are not shown.
