Payments, accounting, email, automation: Cénacle relies on established services and connects to the ones you already use.
Payments
Stripe
Paid registrations and quizzes with payment are settled by card through Stripe. Each registration's status updates as soon as payment is confirmed.
Stripe Connect
The club connects its own Stripe account: registration money goes straight to the club, not to Cénacle.
Accounting
Pennylane
A daily sync reads the customer invoices issued in Pennylane, creates the matching members and links the products invoiced to the membership plans you have configured.
Resend
Confirmations, reminders, invitations and campaigns are sent through Resend. Bounces and spam complaints automatically remove the address from non-transactional sends.
Your own domain
You can send from your club's domain once it has been verified. Cénacle checks the verification status of domains every day.
Automation
Make
Club events (registration, payment, new member…) can be sent to a Make scenario to feed your other tools. Zapier is supported as well.
Outgoing webhooks
You register an address that receives these events as JSON. Deliveries are signed, and only public https addresses are accepted. Setting them up is reserved for administrators.
Slack
Get a notification in a Slack channel for each registration, payment or new member, depending on the events you choose.
Advertising and maps
Meta Conversions API
Applications and payments are sent to Meta from the server, so you can measure the results of your ad campaigns without relying on the browser alone.
Google Maps
Entering an event's venue suggests addresses as you type, powered by Google Maps.
API
Available on the Scale plan.
Read-only REST API
Access your club's members, events, registrations and leads programmatically, with a key created in your settings. The API allows no writes.
Access keys
Each key is shown only once, when it is created, and can be revoked at any time. A key stops working if the person who created it loses their administrator rights.
