Frequently asked questions
Does the guest need an account to answer?
No. A non-member guest answers directly from the link received after paying.
Are my custom questions overwritten by the defaults?
No. Default questions are only offered when none are configured for the event yet.
How many people can be surveyed?
A feedback send is limited to 400 recipients: it stays a targeted gesture, not a mass mailing.
