Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to create an account?
No. A guest registers and pays without an account. They get one if they become a member.
Can we bring in our existing members?
Yes, by CSV import or one at a time. For a long-standing member, you enter their first membership date and the start of their current subscription.
Do our members have to pay online?
No. An administrator can assign a membership whatever payment method was used. Card payment is mainly for event seats.
