Frequently asked questions
Can a salesperson close a membership sale?
Yes. Converting a contact into a member is open to the whole sales team; reassigning and deleting remain reserved to administrators.
Can switching clubs give access to another club?
No. You can only choose among the clubs you are already an active member of.
What happens if a member opens a page closed to them?
They are redirected. The check happens on the server, not only in the menu.
