Investor circles, where we started
Cénacle was designed for a wealth club that hosts private dinners. Every rule in the product comes from that experience.
Where it gets stuck today
Qualifying without prying
You need to know who you're talking to before inviting them, without turning the first conversation into an interrogation.
Included dinners to keep count of
A member is entitled to a set number of dinners per year. Tracking how many each member has left quickly becomes a headache.
Tables that need careful planning
The seating plan gets done by hand the night before, juggling profiles, wealth brackets and affinities.
What Cénacle changes
Qualification by wealth bracket
The quiz opens with a question on wealth. The brackets are yours to define, and the answer follows the prospect through the pipeline.
Learn more12-month memberships with dinners included
Each plan sets a number of dinners. The allowance goes down with each registration, with one dinner per calendar month.
Learn moreDinners for members and non-members
Members book from their area. Non-members pay for their seat online. Cancellation is open until 72 hours before.
Learn moreA suggested seating plan
Cénacle balances the tables, seats at least one woman and one non-member at each, and suggests a theme per table.
Learn moreGuests followed up to membership
A non-member who came to dinner stays in the sales pipeline. When they join, their record moves to membership tracking.
Learn moreA heads-up before the last dinner
When a member has one dinner left, or their membership ends within 15 days, their record goes back to the "To contact" column.

Frequently asked questions
Can a member book two dinners in the same month?
No. The rule is one dinner per calendar month. They can, however, book next month's dinner right away.
What happens if a member cancels?
Up to 72 hours before, they can cancel on their own and the dinner is credited back. After that, they need to contact the organizer and the dinner stays used.
Are the wealth brackets fixed?
No. You define them yourself in the quiz, and those are the values shown on each record.
