Files that are safe to open
Any entered text that looks like a formula is neutralised in both CSV and Excel files, so it never runs when the file is opened.
A GDPR record per person
Gather what the club holds on a person. The record states what it covers, and flags any source that couldn't be read rather than leaving it out.
Individual unsubscribes
Each recipient can unsubscribe from newsletters and campaigns, with no effect on other members.
Data kept separate per club

Frequently asked questions
Does the GDPR record delete data?
No, it gathers them. Deletion happens from each relevant screen (member profile, guest), which applies its own rules.
Why might a phone number start with an apostrophe?
That's the formula protection: a leading '+' would otherwise be read as a calculation by the spreadsheet.
Can we export invoices?
Cénacle doesn't issue invoices on the club's behalf. The export covers recorded payments.
