What the directory does
Rich profiles
Bio, role, company, industry, city, goals in free text, skills, what the member is looking for and can offer, LinkedIn, website and Instagram links. Members fill in their own profile, photo included.
A card view
Browse the circle as cards with photos and tags, or as a table when you're looking for something specific.
Team tags and notes
Organise members with your own tags and keep internal notes on each profile, which an administrator can edit.
Full CSV import and export
Import your existing file with all profile fields, including photo, skills and goals. Export the directory whenever you like.
Wealth bracket as a column
The member list shows the wealth bracket captured during the application, and can be filtered by it.
Long-standing members, with their history
When adding a member who joined before you used the platform, enter their first membership date and the start of their current subscription, even if both are in the past.

Frequently asked questions
Can members see the team's notes?
No. Notes and the admin profile are for your team only; members see the directory and other members' public profiles.
Do non-member guests appear in the directory?
No. Someone who attended a dinner without being a member is not added to the directory.
Can we bring over our past members' history?
Yes for the first membership date and the current cycle. Intermediate renewals are not reconstructed: only the dates you enter are recorded.
