Frequently asked questions
Can a cancelled ticket still be used?
No. The ticket is valid as long as the registration exists; once cancelled, the scan flags it.
Is there an app to install?
No. The ticket opens in the browser and check-in is done from your admin area.
What if a ticket is scanned twice?
The person is not checked in a second time: Cénacle shows they are already inside.
