Everyone meets someone new
Cénacle works out the rotations so conversations keep changing, taking into account who already sat together at dinner.
Without a dedicated tool
Rotations worked out by hand
Working out who meets whom, round after round, quickly takes hours.
The same pairs
Two people seated next to each other at dinner end up face to face at speed networking.
A plan you cannot get back
Need to reprint the cards? The draw was random and cannot be redone.
What Cénacle does
Generated rotations
Enter your participants and settings: Cénacle produces the rounds while limiting repeat meetings.
Participants taken from the dinner
Started from the seating plan, speed networking loads the guest list directly.
Dinner pairs excluded
People already seated at the same table count as having met. The number of excluded pairs is shown.
A seed to replay the plan
Each plan shows its seed. With the same participants and settings, it gives back exactly the same plan.
How it works
- 01
You start from the seating plan
Or straight from an event's list of registered guests.
- 02
You generate the rotations
Dinner pairs are set aside automatically.
- 03
You keep the seed
To reprint the cards or find the same plan later.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a seating plan to use it?
No. The seating plan only lets you exclude dinner pairs; without it, rotations are generated from your participants.
Are all repeats avoided?
The algorithm avoids them as much as possible. Depending on the number of participants and rounds, a few repeats may remain, and they are flagged.
What is the seed for?
It lets you recreate an identical plan, for example to reprint an event's cards.
