Frequently asked questions
Does Cénacle issue invoices on the club's behalf?
No. Cénacle tracks payments received and can send them to Pennylane, but it doesn't issue invoices for the club.
Does unsubscribing block confirmations?
No. Someone who unsubscribes stops getting follow-ups and announcements, but still receives emails about their registrations.
Are exports protected against Excel formulas?
Yes. Any field starting with a formula character is neutralized on export, in both CSV and Excel.
