Frequently asked questions
Can the association issue invoices from Cénacle?
No. Cénacle records payments received and can sync them with Pennylane, but it doesn't issue invoices on your association's behalf.
Can we delete a member's data?
Yes, from their record. The GDPR file first helps you see everything you hold on them.
Do our members get an online area?
Yes. They can browse the directory, register for events and update their profile there.
