A peer circle kept private
Small groups, strict selection, confidential exchanges. Cénacle helps you decide who comes in and protect what members share.
Where it gets stuck today
Selection by gut feeling
Applications arrive by email or word of mouth, with no shared criteria. Every decision starts from scratch.
Information shared too widely
The member list travels as an email attachment. Once it's sent, nobody knows who has it.
Groups that are hard to put together
Seating the right people together means knowing every member well. It's done from memory, the night before.
What Cénacle changes
Applications with criteria
Candidates answer a questionnaire you design. Based on their answers, they are directed to an interview, a waiting list or a decline.
Learn moreA members-only area
The directory, events and club media are available after sign-in, and only to active members.
Learn moreAccess by role
You decide page by page what each team member can see. A salesperson doesn't see the financial settings.
Learn moreA seating plan prepared for you
From the attendee list, Cénacle proposes a balanced split across tables, with a theme and a rationale for each.
Learn moreConsidered introductions
Cénacle matches members on their goals and what they can contribute. You stay in charge of every introduction.
Learn moreFrom application to first meeting
- 01
The candidate applies
They fill in the questionnaire from the club's website. Their profile lands in the prospect pipeline.
- 02
You meet them
An interview is scheduled from their profile. Notes from the conversation stay there for the whole team.
- 03
They become a member
You assign a plan. They receive a link to set their password and access the member area.
- 04
They join their first meeting
They register from their area, and you seat them where they'll have the most to talk about.
Frequently asked questions
Who can see the member directory?
Active club members, once signed in. Event attendees who aren't members don't appear in it.
Can a candidate be declined automatically?
Yes, if you mark an answer as disqualifying. Otherwise, the candidate is sent to the page you chose and the decision stays with you.
Does a former team member keep their access?
No. Removing someone from the team removes their access to the club's pages.
