Recruiting members through applications and a quiz
A selective club recruits by application. A well-built questionnaire sorts profiles, routes each person to the right next step and feeds the sales team's work.
You don't join a selective club in one click: you apply. Done well, the application saves everyone time — the applicant, who quickly knows where they stand, and the team, who only calls the right profiles.
1. A website that leads to the application
The journey starts on the club's website. Every "Apply" button should lead to the same questionnaire, and the page should say clearly who the club is for. The club website connects its buttons to the club's active questionnaire.
2. Questions that sort
A few multiple-choice questions are enough: the applicant's situation, what they expect from the club, how available they are. Each answer can route to a different next step — interview, waiting list, or a polite no for a profile outside the target.
That's what the application questionnaire does: points to compare profiles, answers that route, one result page per outcome.

3. Applications filed, not piled up
Every application should land where someone owns it: a record, an assigned salesperson, a next action. In the dinner pipeline, each lead has its stage and scheduled activities.
4. Follow up with those who stop halfway
An accepted applicant who doesn't finish, a lead who goes quiet: without a follow-up, they're lost. Automated follow-ups write at the right time, once per occasion, and respect unsubscribes.
